Tracey Coetzee - Chief Operating Officer 

Tracey has worked in Education for the last 6 years with a diverse range of Qualifications and Training.

She moved from an Estate Agency and New Home Sales background into building and monitoring Property Sales and Auctioneering Qualifications with National Federation of Property Professionals.

She then went on to work in the Product Development Team at Lantra and was quickly promoted to manage the Instructor Network Team, qualifying and monitoring over 1000 instructors, Assessors and Verifiers.

Tracey completed work based qualifications/training in Leadership and Management, External Quality Assurance, Instructor Training.

Oliver Madge - Master Instructor and Chairman of Course Content Committee

Oliver has been working in the public health industry for over 20 years, primarily within pest management, but also including health and safety and food / water.

Oliver became an industry tutor during 2004, supported by his membership, to date, of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is NEBOSH qualified. 

In 2006, becoming CEO of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) he became involved with sector skills councils; awarding bodies and wider European Competency standards. Since then he has become an Internal Assessor (IA) for Royal Society of Public Health and an External Quality Auditor (EQA) for Lantra Awards.  He is also a member of the Society of Biology and is a Chartered Biologist.

In addition Oliver was part of the team that conveyed the Roma Protocol, the start of a pan-European drive to deliver unified standards for the management of public health pests, which has resulted in the European standard CEN TC

Oliver is passionate about allowing individuals to further their knowledge, at the time it is required, in bite size modules. The drive for Skills Passport is to utilise technology and put it in the hands of individuals, at the point-in-time they require.”

Oliver also provides professional correspondents for many media sources, including Watchdog Rouge Traders; Radio 2 & 4; Countryfile and national newspapers.

Chris Parmiter - Pest Train and Course Writer

Chris studied Zoology at Cardiff University and after graduation took up a research post at the nearby National Museum of Wales, working on several Ecology & Biodiversity projects.

Initially with the Forestry Commission's entomology unit researching commercial insect pests, he made the switch to public health pest management in 1996, becoming Regional Manager for one of the leading national servicing companies.

Following 8 years in the servicing side of the Industry- Chris spent a decade as Divisional Director running Barrettine Environmental Health, one of Europe's leading Manufacturers and Distributors of pest products into the public health and agricultural sectors.

As well as experience of the product and service market, Chris is a highly experienced Field Biologist and inspects food and other high-risk sites. Audits can be carried out to conform to external bodies (such as BRC, AIB etc) or act as an independent assessment to the current service provision.

He is a member of the Society of Biology and is a Chartered Biologist.
